Eligibility for Refund/Exchange
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless damaged on arrival).
- Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non‑eligible Products
- Perishable items (e.g. fresh pet food, live animals, etc.)
- Items marked “final sale” or “hygiene-sensitive”
How to Return
- Email us at Contact@jouharii.com with order number and reason.
- We’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions.
- Ship item back in original condition.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue refund or store credit.
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive the return.
- Refund is credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
Cannot automatically exchange—simulate via return and placing a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Notify us immediately upon delivery.
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and replacement or full refund.
